Launching on 7 November 2026 with the opening of Powerhouse Parramatta, the Pantry collection celebrates the people, stories and ideas shaping food culture today. Inspired by the Powerhouse Food program, it brings together products created through collaborations, partnerships and initiatives that support and amplify the food industry and community. From locally made provisions to unique culinary discoveries, each item reflects creativity, innovation and cultural exchange through food.
