Mount Henry Honey's Red Stringybark honey is harvested from hives placed among Red Stringybark woodlands in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales. Produced from a eucalyptus species that flowers only every four to eight years, this rare honey features a deep amber colour, thick texture and rich toffee-like flavour with earthy, nutty undertones. Mount Henry Honey describes it as one of their most exceptional varieties, with notes of caramelised sugar and eucalyptus. Naturally high in minerals and with a low GI rating, it is a distinctive honey best savoured by the spoonful.
